I. BASIC PROVISIONS

These General Terms and Conditions govern the operation of the starereklamnicedule.cz server.

starereklamnicedule.cz is an eshop operated by X Production s.r.o., with its registered office at Filipínského 36, Brno 615 00, which is registered in the Commercial Register.

starereklamnicedule.cz enables the sale of books.

Legal relations not expressly regulated by these General Terms and Conditions are governed by the relevant provisions of Act No. 40/1964 Coll., the Civil Code, as well as related regulations.

Orders via the server at www.starereklamnicedule.cz 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

III. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment methods:

The GoPay payment gateway centralizes payment methods in a single location to offer the customer a secure payment solution and a simple process to pay for the service. In addition, it offers the customer the opportunity to fully familiarize themselves with the payment methods offered before making a payment. After selecting a preferred payment method (without the need to register with the GoPay payment system first), the customer is redirected to the GoPay payment gateway site where they are prompted to enter their user details (according to the payment method selected) and complete the payment.

Possible payment methods

• Payment system for non-cash payments from a current account with Raiffeisenbank. Operation is provided by Raiffeisenbank a.s.
• Possibility of standard bank transfer from any bank account to a business account with precisely defined payment input.
• Payment system for non-cash payments from a current account with Fio banka. Operation is provided by BSC PRAHA, spol. s.r.o.
• Payment system for non-cash payments from current account with GE Money Bank. Operation is provided by BSC PRAHA, spol. s.r.o.
• Payment system for non-cash payments from current account with Volksbank CZ, a.s. Operation is provided by BSC PRAHA, spol. s.r.o.

IV. FINAL PROVISIONS

These General Terms and Conditions are valid from 15.05.2004 and cancel all previous provisions and practices. X Production s.r.o. reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
